Bridgeport Sound Tigers are sponsoring a Bowl-a-thon to benefit St. Vincent's Special Needs Services on Wednesday, February 29th. Each team will have the opportunity to bowl with a Sound Tiger player! There will be food, raffle and prizes. Cost is $25 per player. Fee includes your shoe rental, two rounds of bowling and food. Minimum fee to register a team is $100. Teams consist of up to 5 players.
Follow these simple steps to participate
- Download registration form below, fill out and either mail, fax to 203-380-1190 or email to choward@stvincents.org
- Ask friends, colleagues and family to make pledges with either a flat donation or for each pin you knock down.
- Choose a name for your team and show your spirit by dressing up!
- If you or your company would like to be a sponsor, you can fill out this section on the registration form.
- Come bowl and have fun!
All registrations and fees are due by Friday, February 24th. Hope you can join us for an evening of fun with the Tigers!

Dishing Out Assists to Kids in Need

Bridgeport Sound Tigers rookie forward Casey Cizikas currently leads the Sound Tigers in assists. But his biggest assist of the season didn’t come during a game. In fact, there weren’t even any fans in the stands. When Cizikas slid young Marcello in his wheelchair towards the open net at Webster Bank Arena and watched his new friend knock the puck across the goal line, the AHL rookie cheered as if he had scored the game-winning goal in Game 7 of the Calder Cup Finals. Jane Ryan Elementary Holiday Fair
Benefits St. Vincent's Special Needs Services
December 20, 2011
Mary Ellen Bolton, Principal of Jane Ryan Elementary School, and school staff members Barbara DiDomenico and Joanne Sloan, presented a check for $1,810 to St. Vincent’s Special Needs Services CEO Raymond Baldwin Jr. Jane Ryan raised the money during their annual “Home for the Holidays Fair” held in early December.
In addition to being a holiday tradition, the fair is a fundraiser for charity. All proceeds, including table donations, refreshments, and raffle items were donated this year to St. Vincent’s Special Needs Services in Trumbull. READ MORE
