Amazing dermatologist! Beautiful inside and out.

Entire office is extreme unprofessional. Staff eats while you’re checking in. Dr Nadka unfortunately has no clue what she’s doing. I went there for 3 seperate issues. None of them were ever properly addressed. Then I wanted to switch doctors and was told they don’t “doctor hop”. I’ve never heard of anything more ridiculous. Mind you, I’ve been a nurse for over 13 years. You would think this dermatology office is prescribing opiates the way they made it seem like a crime to request another doctor. Honestly it was a blessing in disguise. I assume no one in this office is competent. The office manager spoke to me once, then left a vm with a follow up. When I returned the call and asked for a call back it never happened. Luckily, I found an amazing dermatologist who was able to address all my issues and actually listened. This whole office could use training in customer service and professionalism. If you go here you’re liable to waste money and certainly your time. Rant over :)

My first time seeing Dr.Naka she was very knowledgeable extremely easy to talk to. I don’t think five stars is enough and a big thank you to Denise her medical assistant.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this office, beginning with a serious administrative error. The doctor’s secretary provided me with the incorrect address for my dermatology appointment. Once I realized the mistake, I immediately called to explain the situation and asked whether I could still be seen, despite being approximately 20 minutes away. I was explicitly told yes. I called again to inform them of traffic-related delays and once more received confirmation that I would still be seen. However, upon arriving at the office, I was abruptly told that I would not be seen after all. This contradiction reflects a troubling lack of communication, accountability, and respect for patients’ time. To make matters worse, this physician reportedly schedules appointments in 10-minute intervals, which is both unrealistic and, in my opinion, ethically questionable for providing meaningful, patient-centered medical care. No compensation, accommodation, or apology was offered for an error that originated entirely within the office. The overall impression was that efficiency and revenue were prioritized over patient welfare and basic professionalism. I would strongly caution others to consider whether this practice truly values its patients before scheduling an appointment.

I am a 71 year old man. First time at a dermatologist. Dr Naka and her staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. Dr Naka was great , friendly and explains everything. She looked at all my concerns and did not rush through the exam. She explained it all to me. She did a complete skin exam and assured me all is fine. I would highly recommend her to any one looking for a dermatologist. Great Dr.

The office staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Naka had an amazing bedside manner. She was easy to talk to and helped me with a skin issue that was giving me some anxiety. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dermatologist!

The doctor was great, but the office coded my purely preventive skin check as a problem-focused visit, which led to a higher bill than expected. I’ve asked the office to review the coding and will provide an update once I hear back

Took me on time of appointment and the staff was great. Dr. Naka was just so pleasant and very knowledgeable. She took her time and explained any questions that I had. I would highly recommend her.
